Data and collection method
When you submit the contact, quotation or Design Your Home forms, your name, email, phone, message, selected building features and uploaded files are collected electronically. The system also processes the delivery and recording status of the form. If you allow analytics, technical measurement data about site use and interactions may be processed through Google Analytics.
Purposes and legal grounds
Form data is processed to answer your enquiry, assess your project needs, manage a quotation discussion and maintain enquiry records. Optional analytics is enabled only with your permission, which you can withdraw.
Recipients and transfers
Authorised MEVA personnel may review enquiry records. Where configured, technical providers for email delivery and website hosting may access data. If you permit analytics, technical usage data is shared with Google Analytics; this service may involve processing abroad.
Your rights
Under Article 11 of Law No. 6698, you may ask whether your data is processed, request information about processing, learn its purposes and whether it is used accordingly, learn the third parties to whom it is transferred, and request correction or deletion or destruction where legal conditions are met. You may ask that these actions be notified to recipients, object to an adverse result arising solely from automated analysis and seek compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.
