Scope and contact
This policy explains how information is handled when you visit the MEVA Prefabrik website or use its contact, quotation or Design Your Home forms. You can send privacy enquiries to info@mevaprefabrik.com.
Information you send us
When you submit a form, your name, email address, phone number, message and any selected building features are recorded with your enquiry. Uploaded files are also processed as part of it. Changing design options alone does not submit a quotation request.
We use this information to contact you, assess your enquiry, manage the quotation process and follow up on its status.
Browser choices and analytics
Design Your Home choices stay in your browser’s local storage until you submit a form. Your analytics choice is also stored in the browser. Google Analytics 4 loads only after you allow analytics and only on the production domain. It may measure page views, confirmed successful form submissions and clicks on WhatsApp, phone and email links. Names, phone numbers, email addresses, messages and file contents are not added to measurement events. See the Cookie Policy for details.
Storage and security
Form enquiries are stored in the application database. If email delivery is configured, details may also be sent to MEVA’s contact mailbox. Access is restricted through application and server controls. Electronic transmission and storage cannot be made entirely risk free.
Your choices and rights
You can change your analytics choice on the Cookie Policy page and clear site data in your browser. For access, correction, deletion and other rights relating to your personal data, see the Personal Data Notice or contact info@mevaprefabrik.com.
